From the first phone call, through to completion and the occasional snagging issue I can honestly say I have been delighted. We created a very large extension for our kitchen at the back of the house and the process was made simple for every part of it. I felt reassured that I wasn't asked to pay everything upfront and I was involved in every part of the process by those on the ground from the groundsmen and bricklayer to the joiners, decorators and roofers! Any time I had a query or a concern Charlene was at the end of the phone or e-mail. She always had an answer or got back to me with one as soon as possible. As for aftercare, there were only a couple of small issues (not bad for the size of the build) and Charlene was all over them right away. If Charlene wasn't available, Amy was there and was great also, but anyone who answered the phone was always helpful. It's the first time I've ever done a project as big as this and I was very nervous as this was years and years of saving and planning, but, as I sit here typing this in my new kitchen, I can honestly say it was worth it and OBG made it simple and reassuring.
