Great price on .300 win mag and it did get to me on the other side of the US complete and undamaged, but the processing time and communication needs some addressing. It's not hard to communicate delays or any another problem so everyone is on the same page and not be smarmy or rude about it - let alone flat out say don't contact us especially when you can't keep to your own stated processing time.
