Smooth order process and good prices but the 1 room for improvement which is very important is communication - by email. Comms by phone is great but by email is missing. I sent some emails but got no response - ever. To get a response I needed to call. Please can you improve this by ensuring emails actually get a response. A customer who emails asking for a sample and then gets a response confirming their sample is being processed is a happy customer. A customer who emails asking for a sample and gets no response so has to call in to enquire is not as happy as the above customer who actually got a response by email confirming their request is being processed. I hope above 2 scenario's paint the picture well for you and encourage you to respond to emails. All other aspects is top stuff, no complaints. Just the email communication needs actioning upon please.
