I ordered a PC from PC Zone on the 16th of November and was excited to take delivery of the new PC as soon as I could. after waiting the 12 working days there was still no sign of it. I emailed multiple times and finally called and spoke to them. I agreed to take delivery of the components and build the PC myself to make sure I had it before Christmas. I asked for a keyboard and mouse in place of them building the PC, I received these and to be honest, they would be better put in a Christmas cracker. Light, flimsy and useless. The components finally arrived on the 14th of December. Practically a month from the order. At least all the components were in the box and I managed to build the PC. Keyboard and mouse to be donated to the scrap.
