As a US customer, I value the speed and security with which Pediwear packs and ships items from the UK. Likewise the clarity and helpfulness of all communication before, during, and after purchase. I've bought two pairs of shoes from Pediwear thus far. The first I had to exchange for a smaller size, and this was arranged pretty conveniently. But in both cases, the shoes arrived promptly and securely, exactly as described. In general, it would be good if more pictures of a given item, with more angles etc., were available at the site itself. Still, I can get a pretty good sense of how an item might look before deciding to purchase. Better yet, any listed info regarding construction, sole type, last number etc. has been totally accurate, and guides to lasts on the Pediwear site can be helpful as well. All in all, I'm becoming a fan of Pediwear. The professionalism, accuracy, and friendliness of communication is a distinctive plus.
