I regularly buy shoes on pediwear.co.uk. And always something annoying happen. last year they gave to me shoe trees with different sizes (one shoe tree is M size, second - L size). Shop offer to me new pair of trees, and that good seller behavior, but I thought it should be a cause for show more attention next time. Last order I ordered a brown brogues and ask a wax polish "match my order" because I don`t sure what colour of wax I need - medium brown or dark brown. I thought sellers known what tone colour match to my brogues and put in box. I was surprised when I seen that sellers gave to me neutral wax, not brown. Why? Wrong colour is nothing serious, but unfortunatly wax polish was broken - crumple up and didn`t open. So my rating - normal, because shop didn`t show attention to me.
