Incompetence, sending the wrong shoes after failing to tell me that the ones I had ordered were no longer available, and then requiring me to arrange for the return of these shoes at my cost in order to extract a refund from these tight fisted muppets.
Never again - horrendous, condescending and lazy would sum up my view, Stephen Bentley offers the worst customer service of anyone I have ever had the misfortune to engage with.
