Quite fast delivery, always a personal note, from the Pediwear team. The quality of this Cheaney Chelsea boot is great in the way that it is much more comfortable to me than any of my Crockett & Jones shoes. The C&J lasts tend to be way too long, you get an unwelcome 1.5 cm of extra length on a shoe size 8.5 which can lead to nasty situations when descending for example a staircase of a plane. C&J shoes on Dainite are also way too stiff. They never losen up. The only negative point about this pair of Cheaney's is that a small dark spot in the leather, which I took for a natural discolouring at first, a few days later when sitting in the sun, turned out to be a crack in the leather that must have been brushed intensively to make invisible temporarily by the shoemakers. That should be a no go and is not the way you should want to produce your shoes.
