I ordered a new riding hat for my daughter after a recent accident where her other one took the brunt of the force. After a little while I had to email them to ask them when the item would be dispatched. They replied promptly and politely advising that they had sold out at point of purchase and had to wait for supply to arrive to fulfill my order. This delayed my daughter’s return to riding due to the order being late. They were very apologetic and explained fully, maybe this was a one off but it certainly has made me think twice about using them for something that is required quickly, but I would still buy from them for something not needed urgently.
