Exceptional service at a very reasonable price. We have a 10/10 experience flying our corgi from the UK to the US, during the peak of COVID 19 (we were repatriating). I just can't say enough wonderful things about this company - especially Catherine who was in contact with us 24/7, and Rachel who responded to my texts within 5 minutes, even at the weekend - they not only arranged the flight, but sorted the vet certification out, kept him overnight for us and delivered him to the airport for us so we had zero worries.
