I sent in my phones last week. I received an email about them needed to be reset. I was told that I would either receive money or my phones back. That was last week, I have not received payment, my phone or any communication since. I sent in four phones and I have gotten nothing for them. I will report this to police and citizens advice by end of week. I am so upset. I have reported to Action Fraud and I have the address I sent the phones too, as it is located in Cornwall I will report to Devon/Cornwall police. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR PHONES. I didn’t want to believe bad reviews but they are legit. I have sent FOUR phones and was quoted 200£ and have not received ANYTHING. I finally heard from them on 17/1/2020, as I left a bad review . I was quoted 229£ but received an offer for around £70. I was told i would receive payment on 17/1 at end of day.... and since they were taking care of this was asked to remove my review. I have still not received the payment as of 18/1. UPDATE: 20/1: I was contacted after chasing my payment - was told on 19/1 that if I had a paypal they would pay me immediately. I gave them that information-14 hours later. I am still awaiting payment. They’ve asked me to remove this review - once this is sorted out, don’t really want to. I shouldn’t be having to chase the money that they promised me multiple times. THIS IS A JOKE.
