My phone was sold to them 3 weeks ago, they “never received my phone” Hermes was the courier, it’s been confirmed by Hermes that my phone has intact been stolen somewhere, the phone phone offered was £330, phone convert have only offered me £50 as they “never received it”. 2 weeks later still not replying to my emails!! Absolutely disgusting, I have a meeting at the police station today so I will be taking this further!
