Sent my phone in the bag and address that Phone convert supplied after a price they offered was accepted by me. After a few weeks I hadn't heard anything so I email them asking where was my money, they emailed back telling me that they haven't received it I replied by telling them that it was tracked I had a date and time when Phone convert actually received it..I was then told that Damon was going to collect it from the delivery company. A few weeks passed not heard a thing so I emailed them asking where was my money! I got a reply telling me that the phone was damaged so they offered my a lower price,the phone was fine nothing wrong with it but I thought any money is better than none,so I accepted this lower offer..they then told me that the money was in the post..time went rolling by but no cheque arrived. I then email them again telling them that I would put my experience on social media on how I was ripped off as well as many other people that was wripped off by this so called company. They offered to pay straight away if I could give them my bank details not on your nelly I thought so I gave them my PayPal address to make the payment didn't really trust them. Anyway this has been going on from October last year up to February 3rd. Still not received a penny from Phoneconvert so I will put as much on social media to tell as many people not to use this RIP off company of my experience.
