A quality watch and top-notch service. I had a productive telephone discussion with Piers and following this, he arranged for the watch to be built directly for me to our agreed specifications. Not only that but it was done within a matter of days and I was able to collect the watch from him personally. It's hard to imagine any better service than what I experienced and I am loving wearing the watch.
