I bought a Neutron BL, with custom engraved design on the back, and went for a special sourced additional strap too. Piers was responsive and patient, and made a lot of effort to accommodate my needs, producing etched proofs and emailing photos for approval really quickly. I had the feeling that he cares a lot about his craft and integrity in what and how he's selling, and that counts a lot to me. My Neutron feels solid and high quality. I love the attention to design and quality details, from the embossed winder to the way that light reflects on the numerals and guilloche texture. What I hadn't realised from the website photos is that the crystal is domed - it's difficult to describe why but this definitely adds even more to the sense of quality too, with subtly different refraction of light from the watch face compared with a generic flat glass. An outstanding experience, and happy to thoroughly recommend.
