Ordering and installation process was very good, only issue was me getting the right paperwork to the team who were very patient and supportive until I got it correct. Installation on the day was very efficient and without any issues at all, so 10 out of 10 for EDF Energy who performed the work. As you can see from the attached photograph, the install is very tidy and well executed. Thank you to Pod Point for a very good and timely process and install. They met their timelines as quoted of 2-4 weeks from order to completion, so as they say “they did what it says on the tin”. Well done 😀
