Purchased battery and charger form Power tool world which was very well priced and delivery was rapid. Unfortunately I had received a faulty battery. I telephoned customer service and I spoke to Lauren who talk me through the process of uploading video of faulty item and the sending me label to return item. Really great service and customer service adviser.
