PropertyData is a fantastic tool that saves hours of scrolling through the various property platforms we have. I mainly use the sourcing strategies feature to quickly find opportunities that fit my criteria e.g. short lease, unmodernised properties. As a Data Engineer, I have a profound appreciation for PropertyData, as it automates so much of the sourcing process that I would have otherwise written my own scripts for. It's an easy-to-use tool at a reasonable price point. My only piece of constructive feedback would be to find a way to improve the latency e.g. it can be frustratingly slow at times, taking several seconds to move to the next page of results or load the webpage. Other than that, I'd say I'm quite happy with it, would recommend it to others and I look forward to watching this tool grow. I personally think it has the potential to be the market-leading tool in this space!
