After we received the individual parts we wanted to assemble the shelf. The instructions didn't make any sense. Although the individual parts were clearly shown, they could not be assembled according to the instructions because the material was too hard to hammer the angled edge down as described in the pictures. There was no fold to allow the metal to bend. We tried calling customer service so that they could help us, however we were not called back when we asked. We were only contacted by email in very poor German, telling us to read the assembly instructions again and that we were more or less too stupid to assemble the shelf. We returned everything and will never buy another Proregal product again.
