Would love to give a very positive review, but this mouthpiece is so small I can't even test it out. If i position the mouthpiece so that the left side teeth are in, the right side teeth don't even touch the mouthpiece. They are completely on the outside of the mouthpiece. Unfortunately, I will have to return the PureSleep. Brent Stanley
