I received excellent service throughout. I received a quote within a couple of hours, clarifying questions were answered quickly and after accepting the reasonable quotation, my drive was picked up by courier soon after. About a week later I received a file listing, showing successful data recovery and after paying the invoice, my drive was couriered back within days. I was later also refunded the cost of a recovery drive without any quibble after pointing out a mistake. Altogether a delightful experience.
