Having read some good reviews I was a little concerned my initial thoughts were the website didn't have the wow factor (if that's the way to describe them) as other sites and that alone can cause concern about the quality of service. The price for the stainless steel radiator was the best I could find. Ringing them it sounded like someone working from home and not a main sales area, but they answer almost immediately not leaving you hanging on. I trusted the reviews and took the plunge and they came up trumps. Ordered before specified time and arrived the day after, well packaged and all parts there. It was incredible service and goes to show that you don't have to spend a fortune on a website selling yourself, just provide a good service and the business will succeed.
