We used Rapid Shipping to move a small amount of our possessions to Dubai for my new job. They accommodated us at very short notice and the packing crew were fantastic. In my extreme haste and disorganisation, I foolishly let the crew pack the contents of my desk - including the entire family's passports! We called in a panic late on a Friday night - the owner answered in person and arranged for someone to go down to their warehouse on a Saturday morning to meet me there and help me extract the passports. I am extremely grateful to Matt and his team who were unbelievably helpful in our hour of need. Won't hesitate to recommend in future.
