The Rattan garden furniture I ordered was delivered promptly and within the specified time. The products were well packaged and relatively simple to assemble. There was an issue with one of the parts which was out of alignment - I contacted the company and they were very helpful in resolving the issue and after giving them a description of the fault and some photographs, they very efficiently worked to send a replacement part which arrived within a few days. Impressive. We are now looking forward to enjoying our new furniture in the garden.
