Remland customer service was excellent as I changed my order from initially buying a thicker, heavier laminate plank to this flooring instead when I found it after on the website. No complicated cancel & refund process, my order was simply & quickly changed via the live chat : ) A reduced delivery price made this a no brainer deal (most appreciated as others are charging £40+ which is ok I suppose on a large amount of flooring but I only needed 2 boxes) & as this was in the warehouse stock available for immediate delivery I got it 2 days later ...perfect!
