The system was easy to use and some one contacted me to confirm appointment. You do however need to keep your information upto date regarding garage details such as name and number. The garage I went to has changed hands and you still have the details of the old name and there was a little confusion when I took the car in as I was looking for the wrong name. I have informed the new owner.
