Amazing customer service. After the failure of a remote control for my pool cover reel purchased in 2010, I found that the original manufacturer of the equipment had gone out of business years ago. However checking the pcb of the remote I noted in small print RF solutions. I found their website and wrote an e-mail, within a day(!) I got an answer that they recognised the pcb but that the item was not produced anymore and out of stock. This was followed up by a message that after investigating a current remote would probably be able to be paired. I am not an electronics engineer but their support helped me all the way. Thank you RF Solutions for your prompt assistance.
