First class service and effort from Evan, who worked beyond his hours to make sure the job was complete to a high standard. Evan communicated with us to let us know exactly when he’d arrive, then explained what he would do, what precautions we had to take (some floorboards were removed and the joists sprayed to kill a small section of woodworm), and was friendly and helpful throughout. Very impressed.
