Overall I was happy with the quality of the work, and the final result is very good. The thing that stopped me from giving a higher rating was that some of the work had to be repeated - some damp proof membranes had to be redone in order to be able to do the plastering properly. This delayed the whole job significantly, though I do understand that as it happened over the Christmas period, timing was difficult, but it was frustrating, and brought extra distruption and cleaning up. I should stress that the response of Steven Hornby to this problem was very good and helpful, and the same goes for Bob Emery.
