Very professional at all stages of the process and kept us informed on what was happening and why. The damp work was dealt with in as clean a way as these things are possible with the guys putting plastic sheeting over everything we couldn’t move.
When there was an unexpected leak in the nearby heating pipes (which were very old!) this was dealt with promptly by the plumber R&S employs. This saved us extra hassle we didn’t need!
This is the second time I have used this company and highly recommend them.
