I purchased a Roland Fantom 06 from Rimmers. Unfortunately it had a system defect and Roland advised that I got Rimmers to collect and replace with a new item. There was a small communication issue with emails not being received by myself or by Rimmers. But at the end of it all, a very helpful person in returns by the name of Leif made sure my faulty Fantom was collected and replaced with a new one. I’m really glad that it was all sorted and I will be using Rimmers in the future. I will also recommend them to my music colleagues.
