Order was processed swiftly and accurately. Ther was in general good communication about delivery times and the courier company. Unfortunately it was only when the single delivery driver turned up that it became clear I was going to be left with a 90 kg package on my front step in the rain. It is actually stated on.a webpage about delivery in the small,print following clicking on a link, that it will only be brought to the front step. It would have been useful if this had been put in bold at some prominent place in the communication. Even more galling was 2 people turning up to deliver a piano stool!
