You might think I'm being paid to say this, but honestly I'm not. The service from start to finish was exceptionally good. From sending a box for me to send my keyboard in part exchange, which even came with a roll of tape for me to seal the box, to keeping me informed of what I should receive in e mails and to finally recieving Genos 2 (which I'm over the moon with),you do yourselves credit with the way you treat your customers.As a footnote. You were the best part exchange anywhere. Thank you kindly.
