Excellent service when I bought the bath waste, with speedy and thorough answers to my queries. After 18 months use, there was a fault with the bath waste which was guaranteed, so I contacted RSF, who replied immediately, and contacted the manufacturers on my behalf, who sent a replacement out via 24 hour delivery. Really excellent service from all parties. Highly recommended.
