My experience was ok, my question was answered in a timely manner which is a definite plus. Great communication. I was however disappointed by the response but, “it is what it is.” Side note my checkout slot was not successful for my 1st time trying this service. Also my size was not offered (6.5 mens or GS) for slots. Wonderful service offered but it might be a better fit for others who actually meet the criteria for each model shoe. Unless it’s for profit and not personal pair than you’re all good to go. Thanks anyway!
