guys, i appreciate the service but its really annoying when you say you crushed a release and not all your customers got some. is there a way to make sure everyone or almost everyone gets the item before having some get multiples? it really sucks when you see people post multiple pairs won and you dont get me any at all. i do get wins with your service and i appreciate it. also your prices seem pretty high on some things like last yeezy reflective compared to others out there. its hard to use only your service for a drop and you ask that in the info when buying a slot but your service has not been consistent for me so how can i not try multiple services unless you can guarantee my shoes? i think thats a little unfair to ask. i also have to try myself too. i didnt get any reflectives on last one or the yeezy from last weekend. i also showed i got charged for 4 nike purple but only received 2 emails stating i got shoes. why would that be? why wouldnt i get confirmations on all 4? i think it would be cool to offer vip discounts for people you use your service for each drop or a certain amount. some companies have started offering that.
