Your customer service for me so far is spot on, however the reason I did not rate a 5 is simply because after purchasing slots for upwards of a year and using 3 different credit cards without any declines that I have not scored any sneakers! I find that somewhat puzzling, however I am optimistic multiple shoe purchases will happen soon.
