I teach Community Services and was daunted by having to revamp our old training and assessments. We decided to look into RTO Materials who provide the whole package, and at a reasonable price. Once we decided to purchase the resources, they were delivered to us via email within a couple of days. I was very pleasantly surprised with the units we received. The resources were easy to use for the trainer and the students. We were able to start using our materials quite quickly without having to change much. I like the Learner Evidence doc which helps students keep track of their own learning and performance against criteria required for the units. Any emails or concerns I have had, have been dealt with quickly. It was a very positive experience dealing with RTO Materials.
