This was the first time using this company as I usually use a competitor. The enquiry stage was dealt with exeptionaly well by Christine 10 out of 10 and apart from the time of delivery which i am just not going into the actual delivery was saved by probably the best delivery driver I have had on a site for 30 years but he was a contractor. The middle stage of the process was just a nightmare with trying to deal with people that dont want to discuss anything even when your trying to help. All they really want to do is read out from a hymn sheet and quote terms and conditions. The administrator was terrible to deal with even replying to an email with an email stating her working days and hours which on this occasion meant she should still have been at work. Anyway I got the container which was fine and a reasonable price in the end.
