I needed a pashmina for a wedding and had difficulty in choosing the right colour .After ringing Scarf Room about a particular colour which they were showing out of stock on the website ,they kindly rang around their shops to see if they could find one ,ringing me back very quickly .I now have one that goes well with my outfit .The quality is very good ,delivery is very quick and the customer services team both by email and on the phone were extremely pleasant and helpful .Definitely use them again .
