Brilliant customer service!!! As a first time customer I ordered a bottle of perfume that I had been trying to source for a while. Within a half hour of placing my order received a very nice email indicating there had been a stocking error and my payment had been refunded, they suggested an alternative that they had in stock. I duly ordered that alternative and delivery arrived as promised within a couple of days. Vey nice touch with handwritten card and suggestions on use of the two samples supplied.
