Lauren and her OA colleague at the branch in Hoddesdon, Herts, have been superb, from the moment I walked into the branch to browse for new glasses until I collected them this morning. Both were very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Ami, the optometrist listened carefully to my concerns and offered practical advice throughout the eye examination. I cannot fault the team at Scrivens at all and they are a far cry from their major competitors on the same high street. The final cost of my glasses may be a little more expensive, but it has been well worth paying just a few extra pounds to receive a brilliant customer service.
