This was my first time ordering, one item was switched by mistake. I uploaded a photo and submitted a customer service ticket. It took a bit of time for a response but I totally understand with all the holidays and busy spring time orders. The missed item arrived with no questions asked in an appropriate amount of time. I look forward to growing a few new cultivars. I’ve got the Fuel D.OG in seedling stage now.
