I would give them 0 stars if I could but doesn’t appear to be an option...! Ordered an overpriced yoga Matt on 11th May, it’s now 18th August and it’s still not arrived. Had an email to say it had arrived, but it hasn’t. Emailed the company on so many occasions now I’ve lost count. Extremely poor customer service, don’t often even bother replying.... offered me 20%off as some sort of compensation (as if I would ever order again from them!) no refund,no yoga Matt,no reply to my last email!!
