I've successfully lost weight with Shake That Weight before so after a Christmas blip I've started again. I know if I stick to it I'll lose weight, so like any diet it's willpower. This time I've tried the ready meals and I'm really enjoying them along with two shakes and a cake bar a day. I'll do this for three weeks and then the weight loss slows down, so it'll be salmon or chicken added to the risotto or noodles, one shake and a bar until my holidays. The ready meals are so much nicer than the dried sachets, especially the pork and dijon one. I highly recommend this weight loss system. I've lost 4lb in as many days.
