Contacted Sheehan's from Ontario, Canada re: G7th capo warranty, which typically involves mailing off for repair or replacement which would be timely and in my case rather costly. Within an hour of contacting VIA CONTACT US form, Seamus emailed me asking for current mailing address to send out new replacement. Outstanding, timely, courteous customer service. It may only be for a small ticket item like a capo, but it illustrates commitment to the customer.
