Ordered drone Tuesday, order accepted, cancelled order following day but despite repeated emails to Hyperstech, no once have they responded. A week later the drone was dispatched. Again, no response to emails. Instructed bank to recover monies taken from my account and have sent further communication advising the consignment will be refused should they try to deliver. Advised Hyperstech and guess what? Still no response. They've had my money so there's no need for them to reply to me!
