I recently bought a selection of the Pure Roast Coffee beans - one of each blend except for the Decaf, and I'm working my way through it at the moment. So far, the stand-out flavours have come from Inishfree and Dalkey. Inishfree seems to work well whether it is used in an Aeropress or bean-to-cup machine - nice levels of acidity and great flavour. Dalkey is rich but not overpowering. Hopefully, the rest of the blends will live up to the standards set so far.
