You made possible the repair of a bicycle with a broken axle. The Shimano replacement was no where to be found, but you had one that worked perfectly. Thank you for enabling me to keep perfectly good products stay in service. We need to work hard to protect our ability to repair things, not just toss them and get new ones. It is better for communities and people because local jobs are created. It is better for our environment because constantly making new things creates waste and pollution. So thank you and keep up the good work.
