Would highly recommend anyone to avoid this comapny like the plague, dreadful experience almost costing me the sale and purchase of properties, 5 months into the instruction i find out this company have instructed a solicitor who was not on my lenders panel despite being assured they were. Had to change solicitors after 5 months and was charged almost double the amount which was initially quoted. As for their complaints procedure..... nothing on the website about a complaints procedue and referred to some gmail address. Appalling service
